I loooooove furniture building! It was so hard to stand by and let my son build a bookshelf without taking the tools in my own hands, but the kid's gotta learn somehow.

Ee-dess, Neh?

I gotta ask... any of these attempts at phonetically spelling Japanese phrases actually making sense to you or do you think I'm just making up some whacky abstract sounds?

Somebody asks, "Hey Ini, what is it that Craver keeps writing at the bottom of his comments?" You respond, "I dunno, I think it's that word verification thingy."

Two words. "Electric screwdriver." I just wish I had one back when I was putting stuff together too. Looks comfortable :)

LL. . . yes, made them ourselves. . . except for the recliner that is. . . we'd probably still be at it if we tried to build that! but other than that built everything. . . bed, dresser, nightstand, dining table and chairs, bookshelf, coffee table. . . hmm, I've a lot of furniture!!

Craver, yes they make sense. . . though the Japanese have certain ways of spelling words using Romaji (roman characters) so what you wrote would be written "ii desu ne":) but I figured they weren't the word verification thingie:)

Outlaw. . . darn, wish I'd thought of that! would have made things so much easier. . . but then I guess I wouldn't have these buff arms now:)

Bart, thanks! Will do when I'm completely settled in!

Martin, ash, thanks!

Ex-shammie! Of course! What would we do without good ol' Ikea?!?!?
