Update on cheeriness. . .

I must say. . . this whole going against the grain and being all happy and cheerful and chirpy is exhausting! I'm tempted to go back to being grumpy again. . . much less effort required.

Someone has said, "It's a lot harder to build a house than to tear it down." Yeah, being grumpy is easier. But, hey, give yourself a little space too. You've made some HUGE changes, and there's bound to be a share of mourning.

Good on you girl, being happy is far too overrated. Did you know that you use almost twice as many muscles smiling as frowning? I vote in favour of ergonomics!

Exactly! I tried happy and cheerful once, but it really disagrees with me, LOL! Glad you found the secret for enjoying it. Live it up over there. You've got the whole world open in front of you!

Ugh I agree with bart. No one is expecting you to be happy 24 7 but nina por favor put on a happy face de temps on temps. Plus per the happiness project (your favorites link) forcing yourself to think positive can sometimes trick yourself into actually feeling positive. Oh I am soooooooooooooo happy. Cav
