New Year!!

First order of business: Happy New Year to all my readers!! (Unlike Caveboy, I remain optimistic that I have more than one reader:-))

Second: I know I haven't blogged for ages, partly because I haven't had anything earth-shattering to say. And I've been lazy, because I was in Atlanta, visiting (and fighting) with Nev for a week. And I've realised that when I have a lot to do, I want to do more, but when I have nothing to do, I don't want to do even the little that I do need to do. I even wrote up an entry, but realised that my mind was too numb to reach any sort of coherent conclusion, so I decided to not post it. Though I might post it if I do figure out how I feel about it when my mind thaws a bit.

So, it's been a good few days. It's actually been reunions galore. First in Altanta, visiting Nev. Then coming back and finding out that Majda my friend from London, was in town, and wandering around Times Square in the craziness of New Years Eve with her; then hanging out with Nayms and Okia for New Years Eve; and hanging out with Caveboy and Ficali on New Years Day. So, overall, it's been a good few days.

And now, after a nice relaxing few weeks, I am petrified at the thought of going back to school. I'm stressing about everything - my master's project, how I'm going to get through 2 six-credit classes and intense Arabic classes three times a week. Plus job hunting and applications galore:-(

So that's my life for now. And if you find this post mind-numbingly boring, then read Ficali's New Year's blog entry. It will more than make up for it.
